Prohuman was born from Manoj's frustration with traditional recruitment. In an industry obsessed with resume volume and keyword matching, the human element-the actual engineering ambition-was being lost.
We started with a simple premise: a talent partner should know as much about the product roadmap as the CTO. Today, we are a tight-knit team dedicated to finding the 1% who don't just write code, but build systems.
